Client’s Goals For the Project:
My client initially wanted us to examine and build up a suitable framework for managing their social media platforms and perform the below-mentioned activities.
Target audience: To attract and engage new and existing customers/ audience to the website.
Increase Conversion Rate: To enhance the number of visitors to the social media platforms.
Generate Leads: To boost the customer’s interest/inquiry for particular products/services available on the client’s E-commerce store.
Our contribution towards the project:
Our team has done a deep analysis and evaluated their E-commerce store. Their online store has more than 600+ products that are not only unique in addition to next-generation functionality. With the help of Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Hubspot, Our team was able to come up with a course of an action plan that is not only effective but also cost-efficient.
