Client’s Goals For the Project:
My client wanted me to maintain her website while analyzing and implementing different marketing strategies for their Massage Studio. The following are the client’s requirements:
Website Maintenance - Updating their website with the content while encouraging traffic growth.
Local Promotions - Target and attract customers locally by optimizing and utilizing various local promotions strategies.
SEO - She wanted us to generate leads and improve the conversion rate for her website by strategizing and implementing enormous SEO techniques.
SMM - To engage and attract the target audience on various social media platforms.
Our contribution towards the project:
After going through the Client’s requirements, We have performed depth market analysis to find the competitors and analyze the customer’s behavior. Leading us to strategize an appropriate plan for the working of the project successfully. The following were some of the initial steps taken by our team to successfully complete the project.
Once the client has decided to work with us, we’ve started working on the project from the 1st of February 2021.
The project has been started by analyzing the website and performing necessary SEO optimizations taking into account the latest Google algorithms guidelines and the User’s perspective.
Once the website is optimized we’ve started working on regular content publishing on the site such as web pages creation, adding team members, information, blogs, articles, and other functions and tasks which were needed.
Social Media Management & Local Promotions:
After an initial discussion with the client, we’ve started working on social media platforms to build brand awareness in their local area. Also, we’ve worked on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Next Door to promote the brand by using Paid and ORGANIC Social Media Marketing.
We’ve been assigned to manage their Paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Next Door and we’re still working on that part for the client.
We’ve prepared a Social media Content Calendar as per the client’s requirements and needs including the color palette and designs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
In the month of May 2021, our team came up with an effective SEO strategy to enhance the site’s reachability and attract the right customers to the right place. By providing the client’s website with initial recognition online. And, Ranking their keywords from “Not in 300” to the 1st page of search engines like Google. Our team’s objective was not just to attract an audience but to attract that audience who are able to take the necessary action possible.
